• Experience in patient coordination or healthcare administration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day patient administration and healthcare workflows.
• Oversee patient coordination activities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling information.
• Track outstanding documentation and follow up within required timeframes.
• Monitor workflow progress and prioritise administrative tasks.
• Support team members with daily coordination tasks and processes.
• Assist with reporting, recordkeeping, and other healthcare administrative requirements.
• Identify workflow challenges and help keep processes organised and efficient.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
