Job summary

Dispensed Global is seeking a Senior Patient Coordinator to support the clinical operations team, ensuring a smooth patient experience from initial enquiry to post-consultation follow-up.

You will coordinate patient journeys, manage clinic operations, and maintain compliant documentation while upholding confidentiality and SOPs, delivering empathetic and proactive support in a remote United States setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in patient coordination or healthcare administration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient interactions.
• High attention to detail with patient information and documentation.
• Experience with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in telehealth/digital healthcare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient journey from enquiry through to follow-up.
• Manage clinic operations and admin workflows to support daily activity.
• Coordinate clinician schedules and appointments to optimize capacity.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GDPR and regulations.
• Uphold SOPs, confidentiality, and information security standards.
• Resolve patient issues and escalate where needed.
• Support MDT meetings and document actions and follow-ups.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate orders.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the clinic.
