Chrysalis Health is seeking a fully remote Patient Coordinator to join our team. You will support day-to-day operations, provide a welcoming, professional experience for clients, families, visitors, and staff, and help keep our office functioning smoothly in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and people-focused, with strong communication skills. Compensation is $16.00 per hour, plus PTO and comprehensive benefits, with nationwide remote

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a front office or healthcare coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients, families, visitors, and team members.
• Answer and respond to telephone inquiries using professional etiquette.
• Complete clerical tasks accurately within established timeframes.
• Maintain organized paperwork, files, records, and other office documentation.
• Review and respond to electronic and written correspondence promptly.
• Manage multiple priorities in a busy behavioral healthcare setting.
• Work collaboratively with team members, leadership, providers, and other departments.
