Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring Patient Concierge Agents for a fully remote role supporting prospective patients across multiple healthcare sectors, including bariatric surgery, LASIK, ophthalmology, and cataract services. You will respond to inquiries, nurture leads, and schedule consultations with medical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound patient enquiries via phone, SMS, and email.

• Follow up with prospective patients throughout their decision-making journey.
• Schedule consultations directly into provider calendars and maintain records in CRM systems.
