Concero is seeking a dedicated Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Patient Services team in Louisiana. In this role, you will handle a minimum of 200 calls daily to schedule doctor appointments, ensuring a compassionate experience for our patients.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive a minimum of 200+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Accurately book and confirm appointments for patients.
