Job summary

Regalo Health LLC is seeking a Customer Care Representative for our inbound contact center. This fully remote role serves as the first point of contact for patients, providers, and pharmacies, delivering a compassionate, white-glove service experience.

You will handle insurance verification, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and provide timely, accurate information while maintaining HIPAA compliance and detailed case notes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• HIPAA and PHI familiarity.
• Strong documentation and case management skills.
• Ability to type and document conversations while speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from patients and providers.
• Deliver a personalized, white glove customer experience.
• Listen actively to understand needs and provide accurate information.
• Perform benefits investigations and insurance verification.
• Support patients, providers, and pharmacies through the HUB process.
• Assist with prior authorizations and copay programs.
• Document interactions with detailed case notes.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while talking with customers.
• Meet performance metrics: quality, productivity, attendance, schedule adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer experience.
• Adapt to changing processes and technology.
