Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information to patients and clients, and ensure timely, professional communication in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include 2–3 years in customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume medical office, strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume physician office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear, effective communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for timely and professional communication with patients and clients, including providing accurate information regarding services, appointments, and facilities.
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound and outbound call management.
• Provide customer service as the top priority for all call center interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Escalate calls as needed to the appropriate department.
