Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a qualified supervisor to manage daily staff operations in a remote-capable role. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance metrics to ensure service quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in managed care or PBM environments, strong leadership, and experience with pharmacy systems. Remote work is available for eligible U.S. residents and requires travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• CPhT preferred.
• Experience in a call center environment is recommended.
• Direct leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department staff and ensure workload goals are met.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve targets.
• Review client transitions and ensure staffing resources are clear.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to deliver results.
• Maintain and update training records and QA metrics.
