Job summary

AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company seeking Pharmacy Technicians for our Patient Engagement team. This remote, closed-door environment focuses on speaking with patients, doctors and facilities by phone while navigating multiple pharmacy software systems to support patient care.

The role emphasizes handling high-volume calls, maintaining accurate records, and confidentiality while collaborating with pharmacists and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when patient has an amount due.
• Providing an exceptional customer service experience each day in a closed door, phone-based Pharmacy environment.
• Serving as a liaison between the clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients’ behalf.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure that patients receive excellent care with ExactCare.
• Maintaining patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Serve as backup support for times of higher patient call volume.
• Effectively assist with patient questions over the phone.
• Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
