Job summary

Pathways Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused team member for a full-time, remote role based in Westwood, MA. You will handle patient communications by phone, educate using EMR data, and collaborate with the care team while embracing new technologies to improve service delivery.

Training lasts ~6 weeks in-office, with ongoing remote work and periodic meetings. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:30–5:00, and compensation is $19–$22 per hour with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a positive and professional manner via telephone.
• Handle multiple calls while maintaining exceptional patient experience.
• Educate patients using data derived from their electronic medical records.
• Communicate well with our healthcare team and be a liaison between our patients and our staff.
• Embrace new technologies and continuous improvement to provide our patients with the best possible experience.
• Perform administrative functions as necessary.
• Respond to and reply to requests for information.
• Maintain strict compliance to HIPPA and patient privacy.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
