Job summary

Pathways Healthcare, a remote US role with possible in-office days, seeks a full-time patient communications specialist. You will interact with patients by phone, educate using EMR data, and support the care team while maintaining privacy and high patient satisfaction.

The position includes about 6 weeks of in-office training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for leadership development within a supportive corporate culture.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a positive and professional manner via telephone
• Handle multiple calls while maintaining exceptional patient experience
• Educate patients using data derived from their electronic medical records
• Communicate well with our healthcare team and be a liaison between our patients and our staff
• Embrace new technologies and continuous improvement to provide our patients with the best possible experience
• Perform administrative functions as necessary
• Respond to and reply to requests for information
• Maintain strict compliance to HIPPA and patient privacy
• Perform other related job duties as assigned

Position Details:

• Main Office location: Westwood, MA
• Job Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Training: Initially about 6 weeks in-office training
• Remote role with possible office days for meetings/additional training
