Job summary

Ivy Fertility is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for a fully remote, full-time position based in the Pacific Northwest. Work from your private, HIPAA-compliant home office with hours Monday–Friday 9 AM–5:30 PM PT and occasional weekend coverage.

Training schedules may vary. You will serve as the primary contact by phone, managing scheduling, triaging patient calls, updating demographics, confirming appointments, preparing medical records and billing paperwork, and guiding patients on

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1+ year reception or customer service experience in a remote or in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple phone lines remotely; triage calls; schedule appointments; take messages; perform new patient intake and reminders.
• Register patients and enter demographic, financial, insurance, and clinical data in a secure remote environment.
• Schedule and coordinate all patient appointments and procedures in eIVF.
• Assist patients remotely with navigating the Patient Portal and Telemedicine.
• Maintain and coordinate providers’ schedules and act as liaison between physicians and staff.
• Assist billing with co-pays, payments, and account balances.
• Perform clerical duties such as chart prep, scanning, and medical records requests.
