Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure a seamless and welcoming path for fertility patients. As the first point of contact, you will handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and patient check-in while collaborating with clinicians and support staff.

This is a full-time, onsite role with a Monday through Friday schedule. Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, compassionate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Floating and traveling between clinic locations.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
