Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Patient Experience Coordinator for weekends only in Seattle, WA. You’ll welcome patients, verify details, manage calls, and support billing and clinic operations in a fast-paced reproductive medicine setting.

No fertility experience required; training is provided. This role offers on-site work Saturdays and Sundays with potential Friday or Monday shifts, and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills essential.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, delivering a professional and compassionate experience.
• Verify demographic, insurance, and appointment information.
• Manage calls, patient questions, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EMR.
• Process billing information, copays, and patient payments.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support clinic operations.
• Resolve patient concerns and connect to appropriate team member.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming reception; float between WA locations as needed.
• Support additional projects and administrative responsibilities.
