Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists in Bellevue is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator for a full-time on-site role. You will be the first point of contact for patients by phone and in person, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment while collecting demographic, financial, insurance, and clinical information.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong data-entry accuracy.
• Proficient with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; SharePoint a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register new patients; obtain demographics, financial and insurance information.
• Coordinate all patient appointments and procedures; enter data with accuracy.
• Work with Billing to collect co-pays and verify insurance information.
• Check in patients for appointments; triage calls and manage multiple lines.
• Act as liaison between physicians, clinical team and other practices to ensure smooth information flow.
• Perform clerical duties such as chart prep, scanning and faxing.
