Job summary

Aspire Fertility is seeking a Third-Party Reproductive Coordinator to provide administrative and practical support for the third-party program, guiding patients through treatment cycles and coordinating needed tests and consents.

This fully remote position collaborates with physicians, care teams, and external agencies. You will review records, maintain compliance, and assist with documentation while supporting intended parents, donors, and gestational carriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years healthcare experience
• Minimum one year as Third Party Coordinator preferred
• Prior IVF experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for intended parents, donors, and gestational carriers from initial consultation through treatment start.
• Provide information on treatment cycles including IVF and donor cycles.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and clinic protocols.
• Review patient records, coordinate tests, and track pre-cycle requirements.
• Assist with consents, documentation, and communication with external agencies.
• Support outside physicians using the clinic's services.
• Participate in staff meetings, development, and marketing efforts.
• Cross-train and provide coverage as needed.
• Other duties within scope of practice.
