• Ability to navigate patient care protocols and HIPAA/privacy rules

Responsibilities

• Answering patient questions related to treatment, logistics, and next steps.
• Troubleshooting patient concerns related to shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Tracking patients through their care journey and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Checking, documenting, and reporting insurance eligibility information.
• Maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR while adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Balancing multiple priorities while staying communicative and reliable to patients and teammates.
