Hey Jane is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Advocate to support customers seeking reproductive health services. This remote role requires weekend availability and focuses on providing safe, discreet, and empathetic patient guidance throughout treatment and logistics.

The position emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and strong communication with patients and team members. Compensation is hourly with weekend differential pay, and the schedule is Friday and Saturday

Formación

• Healthcare background with 1+ years in abortion care.
• Comfort working across in-clinic and remote environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate HIPAA and privacy standards.

Responsabilidades

• Answer patient questions related to treatment and next steps.
• Troubleshoot shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Track patients through their care journey and ensure follow-up.
• Check and report insurance eligibility information.
• Maintain EMR documentation in line with HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Balance priorities and communicate clearly with patients and teammates.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and follow-through to support patient care.
