Hey Jane is hiring a detail‑oriented Patient Care Advocate for a fully remote weekend role. You will support patients with abortion care, answer questions, and coordinate care with HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The position requires 1+ year healthcare experience, strong empathy, and excellent communication. Weekend shifts Fri–Sat, 12:00pm–10:00pm ET, paying $30–$33/hr with weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Healthcare background with 1+ years in abortion care or patient-facing roles.
• Ability to work across in-clinic and remote environments.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient questions related to treatment, logistics and next steps.
• Troubleshoot shipping, refunds, scheduling and care coordination issues.
• Track patient progress and ensure timely follow-up.
• Check and document insurance eligibility information accurately.
• Maintain EMR documentation in line with HIPAA and privacy standards.
