The role handles inbound patient accounting inquiries and may perform outbound follow-ups on delinquent accounts, delivering high-quality support in healthcare services. Ideal candidates have call center experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with documentation and software tools like EPIC.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inbound call center or customer service experience.
• EPIC or healthcare billing system experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of patient account billing and insurance reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Make outbound follow-up calls on outstanding accounts when required.
• Resolve customer inquiries with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Document all customer interactions accurately using company software.
• Escalate complex issues through established procedures when necessary.
• Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions and team huddles to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate call notes to support seamless customer service.
