Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Conifer Health division seeks a Customer Service Representative to support physician billing for multiple clients. You will handle a high call volume, maintain patient satisfaction, and follow up on unresolved issues while upholding HIPAA standards.

Requirements include a high school degree, 1 year in medical customer service, call center experience preferred, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word; GE Centricity/EPIC experience is a plus. No travel required.

Qualifications
