• Familiarity with healthcare billing and claims resolution is preferred.
• Must provide accessibility to a private, quiet workspace with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Responding to high volume inquiries via email/phone.
• Providing resolution guidance/support on complex claims/billing inquiries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all current and updated resources.
