Job summary

Community Care Physicians is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for their Central Billing Office. This is a remote position with training on-site. The role requires handling patient inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

Overview

Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Central Billing Office. This is a remote position (training on-site). Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and address questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts.
• Take initial patient contact and follow up.
• Collaborate with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.
• Ensure a positive experience for patients on behalf of CCP.
• Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies.
• Post credit card payments to the patient’s account.

Compensation

$18 - $24 per hour
