Job summary

Concero is seeking a dedicated Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Patient Services team in a remote role across the United States. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to schedule doctor appointments, document interactions, and maintain accurate scheduling data.

The ideal candidate has healthcare or insurance experience, excellent communication, empathy, and strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload while meeting scheduling targets.

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, especially in healthcare or insurance.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive a minimum of 200+ inbound and outbound calls per day to existing patients to schedule doctor appointments.
• Accurately book and confirm appointments based on patient availability and doctor schedules with a goal of at least 150 appointments per month.
• Engage with patients in a courteous and professional manner and provide relevant appointment information.
• Update patient information, appointment details, and call outcomes in scheduling and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment status.
• Adhere to privacy regulations and company policies regarding patient information.
• Escalate issues or patient feedback to improve processes and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed company metrics for inbound/outbound calls and appointments set.
