Responsibilities

• Identifies payment details and saves backups.
• Researches, validates and adjusts payment postings to resolve accounts.
• Initiates payer recoupments, refunds for payers and patients where applicable.
• Navigate payer claim portals and understand payer functionality.
• Communicates effectively in writing and orally.
• Operates computers and office software.
• Reads English on screens and documents.
