Intermountain Health is hiring for a fully remote role focused on accounts receivable and payment postings within a healthcare revenue cycle. The position emphasizes accurate posting, payer interactions, and timely resolution of account issues.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of back-end revenue cycle experience, with knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing regulations and HIPAA compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospital or physician back-end revenue cycle preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies payment details and saves back-up as appropriate.
• Researches, validates, and adjusts payment postings to resolve accounts.
• Initiates payer recoupments, refunds, and patient refunds as applicable.
• Navigate payer claim portals and understand payer functionality.
• Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
