Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year back-end revenue cycle experience (Payment Posting, Billing, Follow-Up, Collections) required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies payment details and saves back-up as appropriate.
• Researches, validates and adjusts payment postings to resolve accounts.
• Initiates payer recoupments, refunds, and patient refunds as applicable to resolve accounts.
