Lumexa Imaging is seeking a Centralized Patient Access Supervisor to lead and mentor the Patient Access Representatives and Team Leads. This remote role in Dallas, TX requires onsite training for the first two weeks and focuses on service excellence, policy adherence, and performance improvement.

The supervisor will monitor queues, coach staff, handle escalations, and contribute to department KPIs while maintaining patient confidentiality and high-quality service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical scheduling or customer service experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years call center experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor Patient Access Representatives and Team Leads.
• Ensure 100% compliance with policies and processes.
• Provide floor and supervisor queue support.
• Monitor KPIs and performance; coach for service excellence.
• Run reports and payroll functions as needed.
