Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to lead the Patient Care Assistant staff and support daily operations. The role includes ensuring staffing workflow, sharing timely information, and guiding performance improvements with a focus on service quality.

The SPC will collaborate with pharmacists, address escalations, and drive compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Some travel is required; the position offers remote work options for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Pharmacy claims/benefit experience preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Experience in managed care or PBM environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Patient Care Assistant staff.
• Disseminate information and ensure staff understanding.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality service.
• Coach and develop staff; manage disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with agencies and pharmacist staff; resolve issues.
