Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to navigate payer policies and simplify patient access to Prolastin-C across multiple states. You will leverage deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private payer processes to resolve reimbursement barriers and educate providers.

The role requires 2+ years in rare disease or specialty pharma, heavy travel (>50%), and a BA/BS or PharmD. Remote work is possible from select states with proximity to major airports.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels (public and private payer policies).
• Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy and health insurance benefits including eligibility verification, PA processes, and financial assistance.

Responsibilities

• Educate prescriber office personnel on Prolastin Direct program and processes to facilitate patient access.
• Champion utilization of patient support and reimbursement programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert on payer/reimbursement matters across geography.
• Collaborate with payor team to understand payer policies and facilitate patient access.
• Explain prior authorization requirements and documentation processes, including electronic submission options.
