Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to minimize barriers to Prolastin-C access across a multi-state North Central and South Central region. You will educate prescribers, navigate payer policies, and ensure compliant access for patients and providers.

The PAL will collaborate with Market Access, Sales, HCPs, and Hub/SP teams, travel up to 50%+, and require 2+ years in rare disease or specialty pharma. BA/BS required; PharmD preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with payer policies and patient access programs.
• Knowledge of prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Ability to work across multi-state geography.
• Excellent collaboration with payor and Hub/SP teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate prescriber office personnel on the Prolastin Direct program to facilitate patient access.
• Manage patient support services and reimbursement programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert in payer/reimbursement matters across geography.
• Collaborate with the payor team to understand payer policies and enable access.
• Ensure providers understand prior authorization, appeals, and clinical criteria.
• Enhance awareness of patient support offerings and SP processes.
• Address patient issues and collaborate with Hub/SP account management to resolve problems.
• Build relationships with customers in targeted accounts to address market access issues.
