Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to minimize access and reimbursement barriers for patients and providers in the Prolastin-C program across multiple states in the North Central and South Central regions.

The role requires deep payer knowledge, collaboration with Market Access, Sales and Hub teams, and willingness to travel >50% across a multistate geography. Remote work is possible near designated airports.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of medication access channels and health insurance benefits.
• Experience with prior authorization, appeals, and coverage requirements.
• Ability to work across multiple states with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Educate prescriber office personnel on Prolastin Direct program and processes.
• Manage utilization of patient support services and reimbursement programs.
• Collaborate with payor team to understand payer policies and facilitate patient access.
• Explain prior authorization requirements and electronic submission options.
• Enhance awareness of patient support offerings and SP processes across geography.
• Address patient-specific issues and provide resolution across geography.
• Work with Hub/SP account management to resolve customer issues.
• Build professional relationships with customers in targeted accounts.
