Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks a Patient Access Liaison to minimize access barriers and drive reimbursement support for Prolastin-C. You will educate prescribers, collaborate with payer teams, and navigate PA requirements across a large multistate geography with up to 50% travel.

This role requires deep knowledge of public and private payer policies, patient services, and pharmacy processes, plus strong relationship-building skills and 4+ years in healthcare access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in healthcare access or equivalent.
• Experience with prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across multistate territories.]
• Proactive education of prescriber office personnel on direct program processes to facilitate patient access

Responsibilities

• Minimize access and reimbursement barriers for patients and providers.
• Educate prescriber office personnel on Prolastin Direct program and processes for patient access.
• Champion utilization of patient support and reimbursement programs to ensure compliance.
• Act as subject matter expert on payer/reimbursement matters for the geography.
• Collaborate with payor team to understand payer policies and facilitate patient access.
• Explain prior authorization requirements, appeals processes, and clinical criteria to providers.
• Travel across large multistate territories (up to 50%).
• Build productive relationships with customers in targeted accounts.
