Job summary

Grifols invites a Patient Access Liaison to join an international healthcare team focused on improving patient access to Prolastin-C across multiple states. The role requires deep knowledge of public and private payer policies, strong collaboration with Market Access and Hub teams, and a passion for resolving access barriers.

Education includes BA/BS or PharmD preferred, with 2 years in rare disease or specialty pharmacy. Travel >50% across North Central and South Central regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer policies.
• Experience with insurance eligibility verification and prior authorization processes.
• Ability to navigate reimbursement programs and appeals while maintaining compliance.
• Willingness to travel and cover large multistate geography territories; >50% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Educate prescriber office personnel on Prolastin Direct programs to improve patient access.
• Manage payer reimbursement programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert on payer/reimbursement matters across the geography.
• Collaborate with payor teams to understand policies and facilitate access.
• Explain prior authorization requirements, appeals, and documentation to providers.
