Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to minimize access barriers for Prolastin-C across a multi-state U.S. geography. You will educate prescribers, navigate payer policies, and serve as a subject-matter expert on reimbursement.

The role requires 2 years in rare disease or specialty pharmacy, a BA/BS or PharmD preferred, and willingness to travel >50% across states. Remote/Home Office location with USA-based coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years of rare disease or specialty pharma experience in field-based roles.
• Experience explaining payer processes and prior authorizations to healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of public and private payer policies and patient assistance programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate prescriber offices on access programs and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with payor teams to facilitate patient access and utilization management.
• Explain prior authorization and appeals requirements to providers.
• Support site staff and hubs with coverage documentation and PA submissions.
• Build strong relationships with targeted accounts to resolve access issues.
