Grifols, S.A. seeks a Patient Access Liaison to minimize access and reimbursement barriers for Prolastin-C across a multistate geography. You will educate prescriber offices on the Prolastin Direct program and work with payor teams to resolve coverage issues while ensuring compliance with PA and documentation requirements.

The role requires travel up to 50% and deep knowledge of public and private payer policies. Remote work is possible near major airports in listed states, including Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years of field-based customer contact preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute market access reimbursement plan to minimize barriers for patients and providers.
• Educate prescriber office personnel on Prolastin Direct program and processes for patient access.
• Collaborate with payor teams to understand policies and facilitate patient access.
• Explain prior authorization, appeals, and clinical criteria; assist with electronic submission of PA and related documentation.
• Travel up to 50% to cover multistate geography; build relationships with healthcare professionals.
