Job summary

Grifols seeks a Patient Access Liaison to minimize access barriers for Prolastin-C across a multi-state North Central and South Central region. You will educate prescribers, resolve reimbursement issues, and collaborate with Market Access, Hub, and field teams to improve patient access.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of rare disease or specialty pharma experience, strong payer knowledge, and willingness to travel over 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 2 years of rare disease, specialty pharmacy, pharma and/or biopharmaceutical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience calling on field-based customers and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Equivalency may be considered for education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate prescriber office personnel on the Prolastin Direct program to facilitate patient access.
• Manage patient support services and reimbursement programs while ensuring compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert on payer policies and patient access in the geography.
• Coordinate with payor teams to understand policies and facilitate access.
• Explain prior authorization requirements and assist with electronic submissions.
