Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Able to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing education on oncology care and access.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support access case resolution at the office level, explain benefit investigation outcomes and prior authorization requirements.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud in line with program standards.
• Escalate complex payer issues to the specialist access function and leadership.
