Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and coverage.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support access case resolution and explain benefit investigation outcomes and prior authorizations.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM per program standards.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
