Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to be the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCPs, guiding onboarding and ongoing access across the Oncology portfolio. You will educate offices on coverage, assist with enrollment in PAP, and coordinate with specialty pharmacy and back-office teams to resolve barriers.

The role requires 3+ years in access-related areas, travel up to 20%, and residency near the assigned territory. Salesforce Health Cloud experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or access programs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
  • Residence within territory or within 30 miles of territory border.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing education on oncology coverage and program resources.
  • Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
  • Support access case resolution, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
  • Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM per program standards and maintain data integrity.
