Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to serve as a field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers within the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing access, while ensuring compliant handling of coverage, coding, and payment questions.

You will educate offices on payer coverage and help resolve benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and access barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, helping patients and providers navigate insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding onboarding, enrollment, and access support for GSK Oncology programs.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and help offices resolve benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM and maintain HIPAA-compliant records; escalate complex payer issues when needed.
