Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers within the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing access while advising on coverage, coding, and payment options.

The role emphasizes education on payer policies, collaboration with specialty pharmacy and back-office teams, and strict adherence to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff with approved oncology program information.
• Educate providers and patients on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Guide offices through enrollment, prior authorization, and appeals, and escalate complex issues to specialists.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance controls.
