Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Field-based Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through onboarding, access, and ongoing therapy within the Oncology portfolio. You will manage coverage questions, enroll patients in GSK services, and coordinate with back-office teams for BI/BV and PA tracking while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Travel up to 20% is required; a Bachelor's degree is essential, with preferred advanced degrees and RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and RN licensure preferred for some regions.
• Experience navigating payer policies, prior authorizations, and access criteria.
• Proven ability to educate providers and patients on coverage and programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and staff on oncology access and enrollment.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Coordinate with payers, specialty pharmacy, and internal teams to resolve access barriers.
• Document interactions in CRM and adhere to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
