Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for providers and patients across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, coverage discussions, and enrollment, ensuring compliant, patient-centered access support.

The role involves educating on coverage and cost-sharing, coordinating with payers and PAP enrollment, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce Health Cloud while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related area.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff; provide approved oncology care information and education on benefit discussions and program resources.
• Guide patients through onboarding and enrollment in PAP, and coordinate with providers and offices on enrollment requirements.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options; facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy and internal support teams as needed.
