Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to minimize access barriers for patients and providers across North Central and South Central states. The remote role requires deep understanding of payer policies and collaboration with Market Access, SP/Hub, and healthcare providers to optimize Prolastin-C access.

The role involves educating prescribers, managing patient support and reimbursement programs, and ensuring prior authorization and formulary requirements are met, with travel over 50%

Qualifications

• Experience with payer policies and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to travel >50% across multistate geographies.
• Experience within rare disease, specialty pharmacy or biopharma is preferred.
• Knowledge of prior authorizations, appeals and formulary processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively educate prescriber office personnel on Prolastin Direct and access processes.
• Manage patient support services and reimbursement programs for compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert on payer/reimbursement matters in the geography.
• Collaborate with payor team to understand policies and facilitate patient access.
• Explain prior authorization requirements and electronic submission options.
• Enhance use of patient support offerings and SP processes to improve journeys.
• Address patient-specific issues and coordinate issue resolution across geography.
• Build professional relationships with customers in targeted accounts.
