Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–10 years of patient services/access and reimbursement experience as described.
• Experience with buy-and-bill or infused therapies is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and FDA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access and reimbursement support for infused therapy.
• Assist patients and providers with insurance benefits and prior authorization processes.
• Educate on coverage considerations and billing/coding for therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Case Management.
