Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a field-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the single contact for patients, caregivers, and providers throughout onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment phases across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide enrollment, educate on coverage options, and support accounts on coding and payment questions after prescribing decisions are made.

You will coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and the GSK Response Center while maintaining HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient experience programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff on oncology care navigation and coverage.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Assist enrollment in patient support programs and eligibility verification.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud with HIPAA-compliant processes.
• Escalate complex payer issues to access leadership for resolution.
