Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on oncology coverage, reimbursement, and program resources.
• Educate offices on payer policies, prior authorizations, and appeal pathways to resolve access issues.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and escalate complex payer barriers to leadership.
