Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and healthcare terminology knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients needing assistance.
• Create patient records and triage calls to schedule or message as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and patient-focused communication.
• Support department productivity and meet call-time/quality standards.
• Escalate to supervisor or other departments when appropriate.
• Assist with answering appointment questions and routing as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and scripting.
