Rothman Orthopaedics is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator for a remote-eligible role serving the Orlando area. You will handle inbound calls, triage requests, create patient records, and coordinate messages or scheduling as needed.
Requires 1+ year of high-volume call-center experience, reliable internet, and basic computer skills. Hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm, 40 hours/week. Pay range $18.00–$22.00 per hour; on-site equipment pickup may be required within 50 miles of Orlando, FL.

The Patient Access Coordinator is a remote position that handles all incoming telephone calls efficiently, and in a timely manner. This individual is responsible for triaging calls throughout the organization.
Number of calls per day, average handle time, schedule adherence, quality, and abandon rate.
